The Skoll Awards distinguishes up to 10 transformative leaders whose organizations are disrupting the status quo, driving large-scale “equilibrium” change, and are poised to create even greater impact on the world. They are given funding (typically $50,000 – $1.25 million over 3 years on average) and support by a global network of entrepreneurs, innovators, and government leaders and are formally recognized at the Skoll World Forum Awards Ceremony in April.
