Seed investment competition designed to provide early stage funding to entrepreneurs and start-ups that have innovative ideas that can significantly impact the wireless ecosystem. Qualcomm Ventures will select up to eight finalists from the North American region to compete in a finals competition whereby the winner will receive US$250,000 in convertible note funding.
